This role requires a strong team player capable of handling large number of incoming calls daily from new customers, clients and service technicians. The successful candidate will have a good record of communicating effectively.

Responsibilities
- Handle large number of incoming calls
- Make outbound phone calls for scheduling sales and service appointments
- Plan routes and dispatch technicians throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate customer records
- Perform office administration duties
Skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Phone management
- Accurate listening
- Geographic knowledge of the Greater Pittsburgh area
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Customer Service Experience with a good record of customer satisfaction
- Prior Computer Knowledge to include Microsoft & Google products
- Prior Dispatch of field service and sales staff experience
- Prior Office Administration experience a plus
