Phillips Merges with Local HVAC Contractor

According to John Phillips, the partnership with Day & Night is a part of the company’s long-term strategy for growth. “There are several reasons why Phillips would undertake a merger. The ability to provide efficient responsive service and increase our technical competencies for the benefit of our clients are two primary reasons.”

John continues, “We see this partnership as a great way to enhance our heating and air conditioning offerings to our residential and commercial clients. Day & Night’s capabilities will dovetail nicely with our own expertise. Partnering with Day & Night, a company with a strong history of service, was a perfect way for us to grow our team, to better serve our community.”

Under the partnership agreement, Day & Night will continue to operate under the Day & Night designation but will be known as Day & Night Heating & Air Conditioning, a division of Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning.

Day & Night expects to continue its popular service programs to their customers, yet the operation will eventually employ more automated and efficient business systems to better service its customers. According to owner Dave Pudup, “Our partnership with Phillips will allow us to further improve our services and overall consumer experience for our current customers.”
